How to Order Online Subway in Singapore
- Go to the menu section on the Subdelivery homepage to view the full range of options.
- Select the item you want to order, such as a tuna sandwich in a specific size.
- Customize your order by choosing the bread, sauce, vegetables, toppings, and any extra items. You can also make it a combo meal.
- View your cart to check your order.
- Choose pickup or delivery and enter the necessary details.
- Select a payment option and proceed to checkout.
- If you are a returning customer, log in. If you are a new customer, create an account.
- Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
- Enter your credit card information to complete the order.
- Your order will be delivered. If you need assistance, use the contact form on the website.
Note: Currently, only the following locations are participating in the Subdelivery platform: Harbourfront Centre, Vivocity, Hougang Mall, and Suntec City. We will update the list as more locations join. If you are a registered vendor with Gebiz, you can also place orders via Vendors@Gov or e-invoices. E-invoice orders require a lead time of at least 5 business days and can be emailed to email@example.com.
How do I print my invoice?
To print your invoice, you will need to follow these steps:
- Log in to subdelivery.com.sg
- Go to My Account
- Go to order history
- Click on the order number that you would like to print the invoice for.
- Click on order details, then click on the download invoice option. Please note that we do not provide paper invoices. If you have any further questions or need assistance with printing your invoice, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is it possible to place an order in advance? Yes, it is possible to place an order in advance.
How quickly will my order be delivered? For orders under $300, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. For orders over $300, please place your order at least 72 hours in advance. For orders over $1000, please contact us directly beforehand.
What are the charges for delivery? Standard locations: $18 Tuas and Jurong area: $25 Jurong Island: $52 Note: Jurong Island orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and customers must apply for a Jurong Island visitor pass for our drivers. Our drivers will not wait more than 20 minutes at the pass office. If the driver determines that the pass office queue will be too long, please come directly to collect your order or our driver will leave. Rescheduling charges apply as normal.
How is my order delivered? Orders are delivered by a team of dedicated drivers. Delivery may arrive earlier or later due to traffic or weather conditions. Customers will be contacted by the driver when they arrive at the delivery location. To facilitate smooth delivery, additional contact or drop-off information may be requested. If the customer is unreachable, the driver will wait up to 10 minutes before leaving.
Can I place an order over the phone? Phone orders are not accepted.
Do you deliver to Jurong Island? Yes, delivery to Jurong Island is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Customers may need to assist with obtaining a Jurong Island visitor pass for the driver.
What is the delivery time and last order time? Delivery is available between 8:30am and 10pm. Last order for same-day delivery is at 8pm. For advance orders that deliver the next day before 10am, the last order time is also 8pm.
How do I know my order is confirmed? After placing an order and making payment, customers will receive a confirmation email with an order number. This can also be verified in the order history on the account.
Is it possible to receive a refund if I cancel my order? No, once an order has been placed, cancellations or refunds are not allowed. It is important to double check and verify the order date, time, and items before finalizing the order.
What happens if the items I ordered are out of stock? If any items (such as bread, drink flavors, chip flavors, etc.) are out of stock at the time of your order, they will be replaced with a substitute of equal value and you will be notified of the change via email.
