Starbucks is a well-known American company that operates as a coffeehouse chain around the world. Singapore is the second country outside North America to introduce Starbucks.
The first store opened in Singapore on December 14, 1996, in Liat Towers, which is located on Orchard Road.
The stores are licensed to Maxim’s Caterers Limited, a Hong Kong-based restaurant operator. Starbucks stores offer more than just coffee, they also provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The stores are designed to be cozy, with various seating options, including sofas, armchairs, and meeting room tables, which make it perfect for a variety of occasions such as reading, relaxing, and catching up with friends.
To place a Starbucks Delivers order, customers can download the Starbucks Singapore mobile app and follow the steps to choose Starbucks Delivers, enter delivery information, select items, and confirm the delivery address before submitting the order.
A minimum order of $15 is required, not including the delivery fee. The service is currently only available in select areas and customers will not be able to choose their preferred store location.
Orders cannot be scheduled in advance and customers must be a Starbucks Rewards member to place an order. The delivery fee is $4.50, and only payment through a registered Starbucks Card on the mobile app is accepted.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. If an order is cancelled, a refund will be processed and returned to the customer’s Starbucks Card within 1 working day.
If your order is cancelled due to the system being unable to find a driver, you will receive a refund on your Starbucks Card within 1 working day.
You can check the delivery status of your order on the Starbucks Singapore mobile app. If you have any issues with your order, you can contact the customer care team at 6950 0105.
To earn Stars with Starbucks Delivers, you must make a purchase through the mobile app. Rewards and Stars cannot be redeemed on Starbucks Delivers. Stars earned will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
You can view your order history and Stars earned in the Transaction History section of the mobile app or in the Member Portal. If you did not receive Stars for your order, you can contact the customer care team.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You can add another delivery address by clicking on “Change address” on the location pop-up screen or in the menu item screen.
About Starbucks Card
A Starbucks Card is a physical card that allows customers to make purchases at Starbucks stores in Singapore by loading or reloading money onto it. The card is reusable and can only be used at participating Starbucks locations in Singapore.
To register a Starbucks Card, log in to your Starbucks Singapore account online or through the mobile app. To change your registered email address, sign in to your account, go to the profile section and scroll down to “Change Email.”
To change your password, click on “Forget Password?” on the login page. If you made a mistake with your birthdate, fill out a form for assistance.
Starbucks does not share your personal information with third parties and follows a privacy statement.
Payment methods for activating or reloading a Starbucks Card include cash, Nets or credit card. A Starbucks Card cannot be used to activate or reload another card, but funds can be transferred between registered cards online or through the mobile app. The minimum activation amount is $10 and the maximum is $300.
The card can be used at all Starbucks stores in Singapore except those at Changi Airport. You can view and manage your account details, transactions, Stars balance, and Rewards by logging in online or through the mobile app. Your receipt will show your card balance.
There are no service fees for the card. To reload the card, visit a participating store or use the mobile app with a minimum of $10 and a maximum balance of $300. The card can only be used in Singapore. If your card is lost or stolen, log in to your account to report it.
