Mr Coconut Delivery Order
Mr. Coconut delivers through Grabfood and their own mobile app. Delivery hours for Grabfood are Monday to Sunday, 11am to 9pm daily. Mobile App Self Pick Up hours are 30 minutes after opening and 30 minutes before closing.
Grab opening hours are 1 hour after opening and 1 hour before closing. Membership points cannot be collected when ordering through Grabfood.
Delivery may be temporarily closed on Grabfood due to high demand. Mr. Coconut may not deliver to specific locations due to shortage of drivers.
Grabfood and the mobile app have a maximum radius for delivery as recommended by them.
Mr Coconut Delivery Membership Portal
Mr. Coconut Loyalty is a free, cardless membership program that rewards regular customers with exclusive privileges and benefits. Membership can be accessed through two platforms, the Members Portal and Mobile App.
The mobile app offers more benefits such as pre-ordering and island-wide delivery. Membership details and profile updates can be accessed through the Member Portal or mobile app.
The membership does not expire, but nuts earned through the program will expire after 1 year. Nuts can be accumulated by spending money at the store, with $0.10 spent equal to 0.1 nuts. Nuts can also be earned during promotions, but not through third party delivery platforms like Grabfood.
