Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant located in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill, founded by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt. The restaurant serves modern Australian barbecue, boutique wines, and spirits in a relaxed atmosphere.
At the center of the restaurant is an open-concept kitchen with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven and four elevation grills. Burnt Ends creates new menus daily, using wood-fired cooking to add a magical touch to their dishes.
The restaurant has held its One-Michelin star since 2018 and is currently ranked #94 on the 2022 San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and #41 on the 2022 San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List.
